Step-by-step guide to joining Poole Harbour Canoe Club

PHCC uses Webcollect, an ‘on-line’ admin and payment website which hosts membership for over 200 different clubs. You register on Webcollect with your email and password and then use the shopping basket. Prices are on the Webcollect page to join as an Adult or Family or on behalf of a junior.

Join PHCC

Become a member

1.          Click on the link to Webcollect  - Poole Harbour

2.         Register with email and password

3.          Add a subscription membership to your shopping basket and fill in contact details, dob, address etc. 

4.          If the subscription includes family members, add details for them too.

5.          If you are only buying a junior membership, your details and the juniors (ignore email) are both needed.

6.          Go to the “Checkout” and select Paypal/Credit card or Bank transfer.

7.          Email with confirmation or bank details to arrange payment should have arrived.

8.          The membership secretary will authorise membership, send you a welcome email and after a couple of days all the available members only Webcollect bookings will magically appear.

2. Log in to your account

3. Select subscription and add to basket

4.      Checkout and receive the confirmation email

5.      Pay the subscription by one of the methods outlined above
